Once you place your order, it’s sent to one of our trusted print partners (in the UK or internationally). Your item is made especially for you, then shipped directly to your doorstep. This helps us stay sustainable and intentional — with no overproduction or excess waste.

Because everything is made to order, we begin production quickly. If you need to make a change, please email us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help — but we can’t guarantee changes after the order is in production.
